We are delighted to be able to offer a remote consultation service to all patients, whether you are a vulnerable patient staying safe during the Covid-19 outbreak, overseas or find it simply more convenient to have a video consultation.
Our experienced team will ask you a few clinical questions in order to advise you what you will need in preparation for the appointment so you have everything you need to have an effective and timely consultation and, if required, your prescription will be sent out promptly to your chosen pharmacy within 24 hours (UK only).
We offer flexible timings to suit your schedule, including evening and some weekends at no additional cost. You do not need to have an account to access the remote consultation. All you need for this consultation is internet and a webcam or a front facing camera on your phone.
One-to-One Consultations Still Available
Please bare in mind that the remote consultation does not replace an in-person consultation and, depending on the condition, the doctor may still need to see you.
Should you need to have an in-person consultation and you are a vulnerable or high risk patient, please be reassured we have measures in place to keep you safe.
All you need to do is let the team know and we will ensure everything is in place for you to reduce any potential contact with individuals prior to your consultation.
